The staff are people who really want to please their customers. They are pleasant and spend time listening to your concerns. Their showroom is not fabulous, however, it is filled with examples of their work, especially Murphy Beds. We purchased our Murphy Bed from them and it was custom made for the space where it resides. We are very pleased with the look and function of our unit. It gives us book shelves, storage, and they hide the bed.
