BEWARE! We purchased and had installed a Murphy Bed two years ago. They supply the installation team who INSTALLED OURS POORLY! They didn't drill the bed into the cement behind the dry wall - just shallowly into the dry wall. About a month ago, the bed started pulling the dry wall AWAY from the wall and the bed was becoming instable. When we called to have their installation team come back and PROPERLY install the bed into the cement, Cindy told us that our one year guarantee was already expired and they wouldn't help. How were we supposed to know they horrible and unsafe installation if the dry wall hadn't started being pulled away until now?? If we hadn't used THEIR INCOMPETENT installation team, we wouldn't have had this problem and Murphy Bed Center was taking no responsibility. DO NOT USE THEIR INSTALLATION TEAM AND don't expect Cindy or her team to care about their customers once you've paid!!

Murphy Bed center – Great place the Staff is great, Phil helped me with all my needs and did a great job of following up with me. Michelle was also very nice and helpful when I came back to buy my next murphy bed. The selection was great and everyone helped me with all items from Cabinet design to bed hardware.
