Have been going here a few years. Always have had poor communication with Patrick; no phone calls, email or text messages get a response. This year is the breaking point. No word from Patrick. It’s April 16th, and my taxes aren’t done and I’ve heard nothing g from Patrick. I dropped off all paperwork in a timely manner, back in mid February. Would not recommend.
I’ve use Patrick for years. He does a great job! My whole family plus my kids now go to him!
We have used Murph's tax services for several years and have had an excellent experience. I highly recommend Patrick. He is so easy to communicate with, quick to respond and quick to prepare documents. We feel 100% confident with his secure tax portal for sharing financial documents.
Do not use Patrick - he never answers phone calls, emails or text messages when inquiring about your taxes. He personally told me he has over 950 clients and he has no help. That’s why he will not communicate with you and will miss things with your taxes. I had to get a new guy to file my 2022 taxes because Patrick stopped replying, when the new guy reviewed my 2021 taxes he said that Patrick missed some things where I would have gotten a better return, so now we need to file an addendum.
When I called Murph Tax the owner immediately answered the phone. He had me in for an appointment the very next day. Patrick (the owner) was able to quickly and professionally walk through each part of the return, explaining his steps one by one. I work a day job and also operate a small business. Patrick told me exactly what I needed to bring with me before the appointment; so there was no driving back and forth to gather missing documents.
