Well this was the worst experience I have had in a long time, so we did ring up on short notice and asked if they could move us. They said no worries and we where good to go when I spoke to the owner she was nice and helpful, now where it goes down hill I got there just as they where unloading the truck walked in and found rub marks all over the furniture where they have not used pads or where they have poorly. Workers turned up 1 hour late and weren’t in any hurry considering they charge $175/hr. I have moved many times in my life and needed help due to my health. I was left with a hefty bill and had to end up moving most of my household into storage myself as it would have cost too much time and money to get them to complete the move. I had been very happy in the past with the workers but they were different people. I will not be using or recommending them again in the future.
