I had an excellent, professional experience with a random visit to the store. The staff Emma and Anna were great, no questions or demo being too much trouble. I did purchase a recliner chair, which wouldn't fit my car to transport home, so I was prepared to reschedule a return visit. Out of the blue, the store owner Shane called me up and offered a courtesy delivery, saving me the trouble of returning. I was stoked and so grateful.
