Went there today. Wanted to buy a Higgs step through for past month. They said they were out and to keep checking. Personally bought 5 bikes from them and referred half of Ladera Ranch. Bought my first bike the day Kobe Bryant died in their old spot in San Clemente. Showed up today at 4:01. My bad. Shops closing and respect that. Over the fence I was told they don’t have bikes but they could give me one in a box. Or show up Wednesday. Or they could take one from another customer. Took delivery of my black Alpha Cargo in Sept of 2022. I have put 2700 miles on it since and added a rear basket, krypto lock, murf custom passenger seat, cupholder, left side mirror, aftermarket 5mm foldable pegs and I am on my second set of fat tires. Overall I have loved being a Murf owner. The bike is comfortable, burly and hauls me between towns swiftly. It has been in for service a few times with Dylan, Kaleigh, Taylor, Jimmy and the rest of the crew fixing any issues and working diligently to get me back on the bike. ... read more
Amazing company, we bought a Higgs Cargo e-bike after moving from San Diego to Washington DC. We had a small issue during shipping and Murf was so quick to fix it and with the best customer service email that I have seen. Very detailed and caring. The assembly video online/youtube is really good for all their bikes so basic knowledge is fully sufficient to put their bikes together.
Recently received my Alpha Cargo but had some issues after the assembly, but the customer service team (Cameron) was super helpful. He guided me and even FaceTime me to make sure I got my new e-bike going. Great Customer Service!!!!!!!!
