I trusted Murdoch's Kalispell with my brand-new Honda mower, but after nearly 11 weeks of delays and misinformation, it was returned in used and damaged condition. I only got it back after Honda Corporate stepped in, and I truly believe I never would have received it without their help-there was no apology and no compensation. Because of this experience, I feel compelled to warn future customers to protect their equipment and go elsewhere.
Customer Service is horrible, specifically Katelynn that I spoke with through CHAT, she came across as very sarcastic. I ordered 2 pairs of shoes during the Black Friday sale BOGO and both pairs of shoes were in stock, and I get an email stating that one pair of the shoes were cancelled because they were out of stock????
