ranch supply Murdoch's is a huge ranch and home supply store. It has a great selection of everything the horseback rider needs, and a fun selection of clothing, for those young riders. It is fun just to wander around and see what that have that you didn't know that you needed.
Very helpful employees Every time I go into this store, everyone is so friendly and helpful. I always find what I need and the prices are resonable. They have everything for my farm.
Worst Customer Service The folks here are rude, arrogant, and a attitude that needs adjustment. they surely should not be in the customer service field. They do not acknowledge custoemers waiting to get checked out, I do NOT recommend this store at all.for what you pay in this store there is no reason this kind of service should be presented. Few places deserve five stars I've been watching this business grow more each year and I know their secret! Great service, eager to help, a big store with a homey atmosphere. My experience with this store has always been positive, I can usually find what I'm look for and if I can't, they tell me who might have it. Not afraid to recommend other places. And Mudoch's was the only feed store in Douglas County to donate to help clear local trails for horseback riding and hiking. This definitely is a 5 star business.
Plenty of Help One day in the midst of last winter's blizzards I needed wood pellets for a stove. It was a miserable day. I called around to make sure someplace close by had what I needed. Murdoch's was able to tell me that they did--without putting me on hold. When I arrived, I paid up front, and they asked me to pull around into the yard. By the time I plowed through the snow, a strong fellow was waiting with my pellets. He threw them into my truck and I was back home much sooner than I expected.
