I believe her name was Esperanza. The manager, needs to take a few more classes on Customer Service. She is the rudest managers I have ever talked to. Calling people liars THEN when she is proven wrong, never apologizes. Working in retail, you need to be presentable, professional and it doesn’t hurt to be kind to people. Love that this store has a little bit of everything we need. The employees are all super kind and helpful and they are very knowledgeable about their inventory!
I love shopping at Murdochs. We wander through the whole store each time we go it. Looking at clothes, shoes, camping equip and puppy toys. We love to grab an old timey candy from their big selection and take it on the road.
Worth the drive!
