We had a terrible customer service experience with Murdocca Lawyers. We only had one clarification question but they repeated an answer that was not relevant to our question. Even after we reiterated the question. They then offered to have a phone consultation for a fee and when I mentioned we were still looking for an answer to our clarification question, they never replied again. We chose not to use their services and our review is related to our customer service experience.
I'm not sure "incompetence" encapsulates the experience we had when trying to work with Yona (Jonaida) at Murdocca. And we were referred by another firm. It took 1 month to receive a reply to our enquiry. Our enquiry was just asking for clarification of something we saw on the Aus-Gov website. First email, we asked if it's true we need to be inside Aus with a business visa TO REGISTER a business (not a tourist visa) as we are opening a foreign-owned company and we are abroad but willing to travel to complete the process.
