I had several options available to me to purchase some high current controllers. Murcal had the best price - but not the best reviews here. I emailed them - Joe got back to me immediately, answered all my questions. My first order was small. Arrived on time - no hassle at all. My next order was substantial. No drama. Looks like I'm not the only one that had a bad experience with Murcal Inc. 1rst time buying from them (most likely the last time ) they had the wrong item in the box ( purposely I don't know ? but am really starting to think that's is their motto of duin business , they keep delaying refunding my close to 500 dollars been over 3 months now they keep delaying , saying that they did everything on their end to complete the refund , but they can't seem to email me the proof that they did .
they took the order but product was even not in stock. they said it will take 12 weeeks for order to arrive. i asked to cancel my order and refund. they said in the email that they cancelled but they never refunded back. so think twice before ordering. looks like scammers
