Terrible and uncomfortable experience. They were supposed to arrive between 12pm and 1pm I told them my storage closes at 5 pm so I needed them there at the time they agreed on. They said we will be there way before 5pm. They arrived between 6pm and 7pm. Since I booked with them and had to be out of the unit that day I had to see it through. They then proceeded to say they will put my things in there storage. They definitely broke something, it was a loud glass shattering sound. I would give them zero stars if possible. They did not show up with the correct truck, equipment, or the correct number of movers. These mistakes made them very late and then they charged us for their lateness. I will never use them again.Ā
Nikita Maskimenko chooses to ignore some issues he has with me and the court i WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. He damages the packages and does not handle with care. i tried to call to reach him but he was rude and very unprofessional. He is a bad man to do business with.Ā
