This was the third and final memory care facility for my mom. I immediately felt she was in good hands. The memory care director/social worker, the RNs, CNAs, business manager, dietary staff, and activities coordinator all greeted us warmly. That genuine compassion and commitment for what they do never wavered. I am grateful to the Munster Med Inn for everything they’ve done for my mom and us, her family. Keep doing what you do best…deliver outstanding patient care.

As a doordasher I t seemed very clean and sanitized in the places I went to! The staff were awesome and very kind!

Let me be clear — I have had many concerns with this facility. However, I believe in giving credit where credit is due, not just voicing complaints. My mother has been here for five years, and during that time I’ve seen many staff members come and go. I want to specifically acknowledge the floor she is currently on and the staff who rotate in and out — especially the CNAs Kim, Tanya, and Ari, along with Nurse Rose. There is a lot I want to say about this place, it’s a dump. The floors are dirty the staff is rude. The fourth floor unit director Melissa is the worst in the facility. Every time I go there she has a nasty attitude, her mouth is unbelievable. She’s always on her phone cursing at whom ever she’s talking to. She even talks rude to the residents. Do not bring your loved ones there.
