We had been going there up until 2023 about 4 years. My wife hated going in to drop off our taxes. He was very rude with belittling comments to her about why her small business did not make a profit and rejected our teacher receipt refunds. I ended up dropping them off the last year 2023. It’s been almost a year and I never received my tax return from 2023. They don’t pick up the phone when you leave voicemails. The guy is rude as heck. I had the same experience as everyone else. I should have just continued to go to H&R Block but I wanted to go a cheaper route for 2023. The IRS website shows as if my taxes were never filed. I’m stressed out. Same story as everyone else! What a joke.
Just like the others, we are still waiting for our tax refund with the exact same scenario. Had a computer glitch, then had to get a whole new computer system. It’s now almost August….. what a nightmare. Do not go here. Very rude man.
I would make it 0 stars but 1 is the least I can do. This place is owned by a crooked thief. 2023 2024 taxes never got filed, charged 100 and I still had to go get them filed at h&r block. Scott munch is a criminal and should be treated as such! Do not go here for taxes or anything for that matter. He said he would refund anyone who came forward and that was 6 months ago and still no payment. With the excuse " it's in the mail." Really for 6 months!!
