I had a simple problem with one of my shirts, Six Trips later, and no manager would call me back. I gave them a second chance and they messed up a second shirt and gave it to me covered with lint. NEVER AGAIN will I use Munroes!!!Also, they give you information to animal charities, so you end up with a bunch of junk mail.Horrible
