I would have to say this is has to be one of the biggest disappointments of my lifetime. The staff do not return phone calls. The person in charge doesn’t do follow up and whatever money you end up paying them they don’t complete what they started. It’s very unfortunate because I wasted plenty of time, energy and effort trying to solve my IRS tax problems which they said they would be able to do.
