A serious issue involving my tax information. I have been a client here for six years now, around since they just started and during that time I trusted that my personal and financial information would be handled with professionalism and confidentiality. After initially being told that "it will take 5-10 days," it would turn into a month of unanswered phone calls, texts, and emails. I was left with a day or two before the deadline to do taxes on my own. Why such a disgusting behavior? If you don't want to do people's taxes, just say so, no need to lead them astray, telling them "it'll be 5-10 days", etc. Would you like this type of service done to you? I have been going to Francisco for years now.. I live far but worth the drive here. Update: Since they have gotten bigger, they have had too many hands in the pot... meaning the quality of their work has lacked, and for the past 3 years, they have messed up my taxes, and I have tried several times throughout the years to have them correct the problem they created, with no luck!!
