After initially being told that "it will take 5-10 days," it would turn into a month of unanswered phone calls, texts, and emails. I was left with a day or two before the deadline to do taxes on my own. Why such a disgusting behavior? If you don't want to do people's taxes, just say so, no need to lead them astray, telling them "it'll be 5-10 days", etc. Would you like this type of service done to you? I have been going to Francisco for years now.. I live far but worth the drive here. Update: Since they have gotten bigger, they have had too many hands in the pot... meaning the quality of their work has lacked, and for the past 3 years, they have messed up my taxes, and I have tried several times throughout the years to have them correct the problem they created, with no luck!! If getting your taxes done was an Olympic sport, Muniz Tax Preparation would take home the gold every time. Raul, Jorge, and Louis are like the dream team of deductions—seriously, I half expected them to show up in capes. Raul went through my paperwork like a forensic accountant on a mission, Jorge explained tax laws in a way that actually made sense (a miracle), and Louis somehow managed to make filing taxes… fun?
