The older lady that drives the bus was beyond rude about us getting off the bus 1 stop before the transfer area made us throw away the transfer spot and then getting back on she made me throw out my drink. She had a bad attitude even when I asked if I could put my drink in my bag. All im saying is for someone that deals with people all day I dont get how there customer service skills are so bad.
Kudos to this wonderful service !Laurie (Lori) and Steve assisted with my elderly mother today and I felt as though the weight I've had on my shoulders was lifted!I had felt like I was drowning and these peeps saved my life and my Mom's.Earth angels no doubt !
