This company is awful and unfortunately no choice for my subdivision. Please review their crappy services before moving to one of their neighborhoods

Municipal Operations & Consulting, Inc. is a company who manages and operates multiple District MUD's and Tower Oak Bend WSC is one of them. After reviewing her water/sewer account we show the account became delinquent and triggered a delinquent door hanger to go out and a $25.00 door tag fee applied on top the delinquent amount $312.17 due 7/30/19. **** ******** ** ******* **** ****** ***. I forgot to pay my water and saw that I had until February 6, 2017 to pay bill in full. Well, my water was cut off and I was charged $50 for re-connection fee, $50 for an additional deposit, and $10 letter fee. That's $110 addition fees plus the due bill. I have never dealt with a company as such. Bad customer service as well. A representative told me that I had to pay the full bill in person before 2pm with a cashier's check or money order, which was a lie. The business offices are ... read more

Dear Dispute Resolution Team, We have received the email from ***** ****** as listed above. Mrs. ****** is a resident of the District for Brazoria County MUD #29 and the Rate Order says if no payment is received within 30 days from the billing date (12/8/16) it shall be considered delinquent. During this time the January bill generated (Due Date 2/6/17) and billing date 1/10/17.
