Found out today that a person with the same first and last name changed my address to a Wisconsin address. They sent me a form to have notarized so they can change it back. Well I can guarantee my money is gone already. No Social Security number, birthdate, employment verification, just a license with the name. We don't even have the same middle name. Customer Service not helpful and didn't seem to care, "just fill out this form and send back and we will change address!"
What a Joke of a company. They are switching service providers for their HCSP accounts and it has taken over a month. This is a simple spread sheet move for each benefit plan, not a month long process. I have not had access to any money to pay for health copay, glasses, etc for over a month. Imagine your bank not giving you access to your bank card for a month. I don't even understand how they went to bid for a new service provider and didn't require a overnight down time or at the most over a weekend and of course scheduled... read more
Pure Michigan. Would not recommend at all. They make off-shore tech support look good.
Can’t trust this organization. Its board members vote behind your back to change your disability retirement agreement. Mine was changed 2.5yrs after my written document agreement was in place when I retired. Lost 1/3rd of my pay as a result of your board members decision that was supposed to be in place 8 more years till age 60.
