My husband collected from 2005 to 2025 before he passed away. It was always on the 16th, unless it fell on a Sat or Sun. After he passed away, I lost the job contributing to it. I got the run around, first I was told I needed to fill out a particular form. Then I was told I wasn't eligible until I hit 60. Got so many excuses! I finally was going to retire. Incompetent
This place makes it so hard to get your own money. You get the run around from everyone. They claim you can upload online but you can't. Now I gotta wait a month to get my own money. I wish I could just take all my money and close account.
AWFUL experience trying to collect my retirement. The documentation I had to upload was over the top but when I uploaded it and it said 'pending review', they claim they never received it. It was continuous. Letters received a day apart saying first and second notice. I'll be so happy to be done dealing with their customer service and deficient accounts manager.
