They don’t answer calls but over all it has been a convenient way to send money to my family members to mexico.
The hours are from 9am to 8pm everyday. But it's now 9:57 am and they still haven't open. Been in the parking lot along with another person for more than a hour.
Horrible customer service. The lady working there practically shut the door in my face and told me it was closed for lunch. I tried to ask a question and she walked away. The sign on the door says open from 9 am to 8pm. Stay away from this place. Management get some people with people skills fast!
Pésimo servicio al cliente. No contestan las llamadas, si uno envía su dinero ahí, es porque hay necesidades.
