Not impressed. Had a grandparent who wasn't very technically inclined at all bring in a PC where Windows had become heavily corrupted. I came along with my grandparent when they went to pick up the PC just incase they needed a hand understanding any technical jargon. The gentleman running the store claimed the SSD was dead and that my grandparent should buy a new PC instead. Saw this guy to get my screen repaired on my laptop. I got a quote from him for $1200, due to the heavy cost I went to a few different places and was consistently getting quotes for under $500. Nice guy but he’s trying to rip u off
