My wifes grandmother passed away on July 21st, after her family, who were strong advocates for her voice concerns about her care. Numerous times family members went in at all different hours.Every single day because they knew something wasn't right yet. Their concerns were repeatedly dismissed. No family should have to fight this hard to have their loved ones needs taken seriously. We will never forget what happened to her.And we will continue to speak up for her.

our grandmother recently passed away due to septic shock. i knew something was wrong with her, I spoke to a nurse, face-to-face and asked them to please check my gram for an infection, something clearly wasn’t right with her. i asked a different nurse again a few days later. long story short, no one ever checked her. between myself and other family members, over a weeks time, we all voiced our concerns that something wasn’t right with her. we were laughed at when my aunt said “we think she is septic, we’ve been googling it a... read more

If you want your family members to DIE send them here! We told the HEAD nurses more then ONCE ( AS did the CNAs) there was something wrong with my Gram they laughed & told me to quit googling things. They delete notes in charts / leave out important details. Just ask the DOH! My Grandmother is dead because of SEVERAL CHARGE NURSES! (not all but SEVERAL)

My father has been cared for at the Willows in Muncy Place for almost a year now. The nurses and CNAs have all been very kind, caring, even loving at times. They all have become part of my family. They are all very busy and short handed at times, but they keep going with a smile on their face. I can sleep at night knowing he is well cared for. I can’t thank them enough.

My wife was at Muncy Place for eight years and received very caring and compassionate care from all levels of staff. She was treated with dignity and respect no matter what the circumstances were. The staff were very accommodating to me as well as my family when we would visit, which was very frequent. Any issues or problems were dealt with professionally and resolved as soon as humanly possible. I would recommend Muncy Place to anyone who needs skilled or rehabilitative care.
