They refused to help and were uncooperative. And uninformed.
I love my bank. The tellers are helpful and always available to help you.
Account was over drafted. I fixed the account and later that day they decided to hit me with an over draft fee. This has happened more than once!! They switched names of the bank and did not notify anyone until after the switch not saying whether things would stay the same or not. I would not advise anyone to bank here as I’ll be closing my account and going somewhere else!! They also don’t know how to open on time making people late for work or other appointments they have.
