Poor service, Edwin sales person hung up the phone on me when I requested a refund or exchange after receiving an air conditioning condensing unit that had a leak, and arrived defective from the manufacturer American standard. The air-conditioning condensing unit was supposed to be under warranty however they refused to return or exchange for a new unit.
Very quick service and had exactly what I needed for my Trane air handler.
The branch manager Jim Polizos is outstanding, he really goes above and beyond to take care of his customers, which is hard to find and greatly appreciated!
