I like this store but custoer experience is horrible. The girl that works there was too busy talking with her friend. She didn't t say hello. She looked at my $20 with a quizzical face. Ignorance from her prevented me from wanting to buy anything else. My change was $1.93. So it's not like she had to give too much change. I am oriental so her ignorance won't make me return.
Horrible service. The brainless sales person cannot accept item that you want to return right there because the price was wrong, stating it is very complicated to return if you pay by card 🤣. Do not recommend
Not as good as miniso, a bit harder to find cute stuff but still has its gems
