Was looking for homemade chocolates and found summers on line
Mummert Chocolates is a second-generation local chocolate shop. The son of the founders now runs the little shop. He juggles selling chocolate and making them fresh for customers. Having a sweet tooth, I enjoyed the milk chocolate caramels and milk chocolate turtle. It's the perfect ratio of pecan, caramel, and chocolate.
Very nice family-owned business, the chocolate makes this place smell like heaven. All candies are handcrafted with care, and the clientele is very nice and outgoing! 5 stars
Mummert Chocolates is an absolute gem in Carlisle. You can feel the family legacy the moment you walk in. A family owned chocolate shop with over 30 years of chocolatier tradition, and it’s incredible to see that legacy continuing strong with Matt, who took over from his aunt, who took it over from his parents. The chocolates here are always fresh, delicious and made with quality ingredients. The staff are extremely welcoming, friendly. kind and helpful! While all of the chocolates are amazing, our favorite is the peanut butter filled!
