Hi, I have this used service quite abit but I was very disappointed recently. The service opened late. Then when I left my daughter there after 15 mins I got a call saying she needed the loo which was a first. I said have you still got the potty there as I would not make it back in time. The girl said yes I do but sounded like she wasn’t keen to offer it. 4 times i have came here on a friday at 930am to drop off my little one just so I can get my nails done. No one arrives until 10am. When I raised the issue last Friday I was told 'im not in on fridays im just covering'. As per westfield they should be open by 930am and closing at 6pm as per the times and contract. She didnt seem to care but I mentioned I will report to westfield next time this happens. Unfortunately now I have seen the other review of foot and mouth disease I definitely won't be bringing my kids back here
This place is beyond disgusting. I wouldn’t leave my dog here, let alone my 3-year-old. When I saw the state it was in today I was shocked. There were what looked like kids themselves “supervising” children crammed into a tiny room. When I asked how many children they were responsible for, they had no idea.
