Service très décevant. J’ai apporté mon téléphone pour un problème précis, et il m’a été retourné dans un état pire qu’au moment où je l’ai confié. Un composant a clairement été endommagé lors de la réparation. Lorsque j’ai exprimé mes préoccupations, on m’a donné des explications qui ne m’ont pas convaincu et aucune responsabilité n’a été assumée.
