My mother had a poor experience here, as did our family as a customer. Staff and management misrepresented their capability in caring for residents with Alzheimers prior to her moving in, insisting they understood the condition and were capable of supporting her accordingly - at least while she still had relative freedom of movement. I looked at 17 different nursing homes before I found MACS (now Cultura) for my dad, who has dementia & is in high care.. I like the way the organisation caters to individual needs, unlike most. Dad was allowed to water the garden so he could feel like he was on his farm.. this allowed, my dad to keep this dignity and feel useful. Rebecca on the gate today was the most efficient yet. Very thorough .. More importantly, mum loves being a resident and is given the best care
