I would not recommend buying from them. I find the management to be extremely unprofessional, rude and aggressive. The customer service is absolutely unhelpful.
The staff is awesome and the products are a good price
Absolutely pathetic customer service! The owner needs to realize no business thrives unless it caters to its customers needs! More importantly BE RESPECTFUL!
I've never dealt with someone as disrespectful and rude as the owner, Rick Kumar. I contacted him about improving employee happiness, as their online employee reviews are terrible. His response? "my cars need a wash, get on that will you son". Terrible.
