The staff are all very professional and so great to deal with, they treat you with respect. From beginning of the surgery experience, to the end, every one of the team members I dealt with were amazing. As for the billing process, I give it zero stars, my out of pocket was a little over $4000, it was too much to pay all at once, so I was only able to pay $200/mth. Everyone was helpful and very nice. The one receptionist did loose a little patience with me when making virtual appointments. The communication was messed up. But when I showed her the papper that the diationist wrote out she regrouped and then was more understanding.
Robotic surgery to remove my left adrenal gland. It was short and sweet! I surprised the staff and left the same day 😁
