I can not stress enough what a horrible experience this place provides. Do not use this location. Ever. Maybe don't even use Rockwood. I don't know how you feel about how you spend YOUR time. But i value mine. I make a point to get time off work and show up at the previously schedules appointment. Apparently the idea of seeing people at the time of their appointments is a foreign concept. If I could rate lower I would. I've stayed here for a few years out of convenience but they are absolutely awful. I've finally had enough. Go else where.
I have had 3 negative experiences in a row! I have had great experiences with other Rockwood clinics, but the one in Liberty Lake is awful!! Go somewhere else, you will be glad you did!
