I was charged nearly $500 for 40 minutes on the phone with nurse I booked through their site. I tried to walk in for an appointment, they were booked solid and asked me to make an appointment online. This wasn't a big deal and I don't hold that against them. I went online and instead of booking a visit in person I saw they offered appointments by phone.
