Was not satisfied with the attitude of the doctor or the care that I received through this facility i was treated like a criminal with an injured I received from work and the interpretation of my injury and test result even though there significant findings the doctor dismissed them. I still have issues and did not get the help I need and had to seek my own help outside of this network to get any improvement be very careful the the doctor here as he has a bad reputation in tresting patients and dismissing injuries.

Kind and helpful. I was trying to figure out where my referral to occupational medicine went. I called the clinic in fife and I was just told I didn't have a referral when my documentation said I did. I called the clinic in Federal and the person on the phone told me I did have one but was referred to a clinic far away from where I live. She transferred me to the clinic in Federal Way which is miles closer. Once I was there everyone was quick, kind and clear. I was told exactly what was wrong with my shoulder.
