All the staff and doctors were amazing in our visit. We never felt rushed or unheard. We were given time and true answers. They gave us resources and told us where we could get help for specifics for us. They helped turn a bad work incident into a an experience that wasn’t so bad. Thank you!
First time visit to the Covington location for CDL medical card renewal, staff was very friendly and professional.
The service here was phenomenal.The staff of ladies is very friendly and welcoming. They were able to accommodate me from answering all of my questions to checking on my well being. Doctor Laurie Gwerder was a pleasure to have. Her personality was very bubbly and I could tell she cared about the people and the care she provides. Dr. Gwerder was able to address my issues with haste and efficiency. Overall, her and her staff did a fantastic job for my care. 10/10
