I highly recommend this Occupational Medicine team! The front desk staff are incredibly compassionate, supportive, helpful, and kind. I came in with a leg injury, and the care and support they provided right from the start was incredible. Afterward, I met with Laurie. She is a truly compassionate provider who genuinely listens. She examined my leg thoroughly, ordered X-rays to make sure everything was okay, and explained the cause of my pain in a way that made me feel comfortable and far less stressed about my injury. Everyone was so nice. Rebecca and the other receptionists/nurses were so polite. They were very timely with letting me know when my appointment was. They were caring enough to even call me the same day to make sure I didn't miss it just in case. Their facility was also amazing. The cafeteria had great options. 10 out of 10 would recommend to go there. My doctor had moved one of her days to Covington and I have to say it was one the most pleasant experiences I have had!!
