I will never go back to this place. Nine years ago they sent me home twice when I thought I was in early labor and I delivered and lost my son at home. My kids knocked over their dresser today on top of themselves it was rush hour so I took them here the closest hospital to our house hoping they got better we waited over three hours to still not be called back so I left. I will only be bringing my kids to st joes or Mary bridge from now on.
The facility itself is fine but the administration and staff itself are clearly below par. My wife just endured a week long stay and had the suffer the staff's mediocre performance and the general incompetence of the doctor's they utilize. This hospital is the only one in Puyallup and serves mostly the middle to lower classes plus the people who are prisoners in the local jails. RecommendedFor the most part good sam is amazing. Today however.. I got stuck in a recliner in the hallway. My legs are hanging off from being so tall. It’s very uncomfortable given that I can’t stop throwing up. :( Someone bring me a bed...

Dr. Godbout is the best I have ever seen. He is patient, knowledgeable and authentic. I appreciate him and his entire staff. From his office to the hospital everyone is phenomenal.
33K+ for a angiogram and maybe a stint inplaced. Really Multicare procedure hasn't even preformed yet a week out and you have the balls to call me to make a payment. no gold star period, for you.
Such a bad experience!! My sister was in a serious car accident and treated her like crap! Released her 4 days later with 3 broken ribs, hip fracture, pelvic fracture and Laceration to her spleen! Horrible care!
I will never go to this hospital again unless it is the only option.....and I still might not. I am completely disgusted with the way this place treats people. Unprofessional , out of line, un educated, careless, neglectful, are just a few words I’d use to describe the quality of care you receive at this place. It is a miracle the doors are open here......I would highly recommend you steer clear of this hospital!!!!!!!!!!
