Everyone I encountered was kind and courteous and they had just opened for the day! Iris was very approachable, calm and thorough during my exam. She never made me feel rushed even though I had a lot going on. Facility was clean and easy to find.
The staff at the Lakewood clinic are kind and helpful.
I was very satisfied at how my visit went! Appointment was easy to set. Other than the common annoyance of repetitive questions on forms, which shouldn't be given to the patient to fill out, after they've already checked in online, my visit was semi accurate, and the physical assessors portion. It is bao (by appointment only). It's best to pay oop (out of pocket), than have insurance cover the cost. I'm in good health!!
