My first time at this clinic for an injury on the job. The wait time was minimal and the staff great, Thanks.
People are so kind and nice. Staff are very helpful and polite. Very professional.
The care was adequate however I asked repeatedly for help with my paperwork. No one sat down with me to help me . However , they made sure who to bill for my accident. They told me I an assessment manager would help me , No one did . I never saw an assessment manager. I was given even more forms to fill out and then no one was around to talk with . The next day when I called and said I wouldn't be going back to Lakewood multi care the lady nonchalantly said okay and hung up. I would highly recommend not going there at all.
