Avoid doing business with them.
Sells loads & then cancells them when they sell it to another trucker for less money. ON top of that, Colten blames the carrier for random stuff, since he is uncapable of properly doing his job. Avoid these guys, unless you want your driver to pile up costs on fuel & tolls, just to end up with a cancelled load and being blamed for ( insert random reason here ) so they can justify selling their load to someone else for cheaper $ and leaving you with nothing.
Haven't personally used them. However when they have drivers that drive over 80mph in a 65 and can't stay in the lane, I know I wouldn't ever hire them.
We have done business with Multi-Serv for years, and they've always been a pleasure to work with. Their communications are prompt and they're friendly & knowledgeable. In my years in logistics, I've found that typically those leaving 1-star reviews didn't get their way, and they're throwing a fit. Give these folks a shot before trusting someone's opinion, either good or bad. You won't regret it.
We have worked with Multi-Serv for a few years now and haven't had any issues. Greg and Diana are quick to answer any questions that we have about the freight. Multi Serv pays quickly as well.
