Order placed over 2 weeks ago and it has somehow been lost. Since then, I’ve sent emails and made repeated phone calls — zero response. No follow-up, no explanation, no customer service. Completely unacceptable, unprofessional and incredibly frustrating. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
