Very unhappy that he is not responding to my calls and emails. I know he has been flooded but thats no excuse for ignoring people. He has had my $2500 coffee machine for four months now for what was a minor leak. Deal with Xavier at your own risk! I don't normally do this but if we wont communicate, other than taking him to court, which is the next step, what else can I do!
I've taken a few tools here now and Xavier (spelling?) has provided fantastic service. I recently took in a cordless grinder with a blade stuck on it. He charged my $10 to fix it. My tools are my income and honest workmanship is hard to find these days. Support local businesses like Mullum Power Tools if you want to continue to have access to honest, quality workmanship like this.
Came from Brisbane to get some shorts I saw on market place. Was told opening days and hours , turned up and they were closed. As no one kept in communication with me on market place. Time waster
