I am at Walmart Shelbyville and watch 2 disabled people wait 2 hours for thier ride. The lady calls but no one answers her call.
I dont like how they never pick up the phone everytime u call nobody answers how they make money if they dont answer the phone
It's wonderful to have a taxi service that I can call when our car needs to be in the mechanics shop. I am thankful for MTS!
I love most of the drivers but the phone being off is ridiculous. Just tell people you have no availability to pick up. Trying to schedule or cancel a ride shouldn't be so hard
