The management is renovating all the apartments and buildings putting in new floors carpets appliances and overall just beautification this place. It's quiet and easily accessible just off Washington Rd. The staff Mr. Dwayne was so very helpful and patient. My brother got in with his roommate. The rent is affordable.

Do not move here! I repeat DO NOT MOVE HERE! The Young adults (AKA YN’s) hang out all day and night and watch you go in and out of your apartment. I’m not even a resident and I did not feel safe one bit and I have a permit to carry, It’s not safe there and it’s definitely not worth 1200.00 more like 12 pesos. Peace of mind is not cheap. Ijs and no one wants to end up on the local News. I give this place 0 stars and if management or owners don’t do something about it, these apartments won’t be around much longer. My brother T. Mears inherited a property located within the community. I have stayed here for only two years outside of my own personal negative experiences with Noisy Neighbors Managing our late Father’s property the neighborhood is quiet. These people are are crooks, I put down my deposit plus admin fee 1200.00 total, and kept getting told my apartment was still being worked on. After 3 months of this, a new guy came in and said they are under new management and I cannot get my refund, I have tried calling who ever I could to get my refund since I never got an apartment that I paid for, still no refund. I wouldn't recommend doing business with these people. Applecross are Crooks crooks crooks crooks
