Very frustrating experience. First of all, they charge quite a bit more than other places I've gone to prior, but a friend suggested this place so I went here anyway. Then April 16th at about 4:00pm, I received a phone call from Mullins saying my returns were denied, and I needed to provide a new form before they closed, in order to process my return before the deadline.
