My experience with this Attorney was disappointing and underwhelming. I believe in being firm, thorough, and fair…especially when it comes to a child and that is all I expected. There was no real evidence of a full investigation …no follow-up with therapists, teachers, or others who could provide context. The focus stayed on one aspect without understanding the “why.” A child’s voice matters, but it should not be the only factor. History, context, and professional input should also be considered and that did not happen here.... read more
