Horrible experience due to an admissions error. After spending the entire morning getting my grandfather settled in we were told he couldn’t be accepted. We specifically requested memory care unit but he was placed in a regular room near 2 unlocked exterior doors. No accountability or apology was given from any of the staff upon our departure.
Very clean facility. Everyone is so kind.
