Mary started out as a good CPA for us. Then, I felt she got too busy and started missing basic items in our returns. She would not return phone calls or emails until I reached out a second, sometimes a third and fourth time. She started making mistakes and would repeat the same mistake the following year and actually tried defending that same mistake the second year she made it.
