After talking to Mr. Hills yesterday for the 2nd time about our families construction defect and breach of contract case it hasn't sat right with me that after I explained the value of our case Mr. Hills proceeded to ask me in depth questions about the evidence and names of the engineer we used just to tell me the value is too low...then why ask all the detailed questions just like last time a month ago in office Mr. Hills tells me its a injury case when its not and we were reffered back to "wylie" for construction defect.
