I had a great experience with Mulebox from start to finish. The service was excellent and communication was prompt and clear throughout the process. The container itself is clean, sturdy, and cute compared to others I’ve seen. Delivery and pickup were completely hassle-free. Their robot system is impressive, placing the box exactly where needed with skill and care. Pricing is comparable to other providers in the Bay Area
We used Mulebox to store furniture on-site during a recent home renovation. The box was great! Very clean, and appeared to be quite secure - much better than the PODS I have seen around. I bought their lock, but ended up using a better one instead. Service was great, Patrick and Christie were always very helpful on the phone. I highly recommend their service.
Using Mule Box for their driveway storage box during some construction went very well! The interaction online and on the phone prior to the install date were all very pleasant. The gentleman who delivered the box was courteous and skilled at operating the equipment to place it just where I wanted it. The box worked perfectly and was in top shape - all panels and locking hardware. I will use them again when the need arises and will recommend them to friends verbally who need some extra storage space onsite.
Was doing all house floors and needed a storage container for furniture during construction. I called and they delivered a box within a day or two. Explained the delivery, monthly costs and pick up cost and scheduling very clearly. The delivery and pick up guy was very professional. The box was new and clean and the locking system worked. This was my first experience with Mule Box but if the need raises again I will not hesitate to call them again. Straight up professional outfit. Highly recommend them.
