I went to their firm a few years back to assist with my Dad's Medicaid application. I gave them a $4500 retainer and started compiling the paperwork, but my Dad took a turn for the worse and the long term care would not be needed. When I called to start the Probate process, they were no where to be found, would not return any of my calls and had moved out of the office in the Galleria area. Never ever heard back. Terrible attorneys. Both of these men were partners with convicted Felon Aaron Keiter of Houston yet they continued to work with Keiter, who Stole LifeSavings of Houston families including an Elderly man with Alzheimer's Disease. Stay away from James C Mulder and Freedman. These "men" have no interest in helping families.
